Making Lefsa

Taking a break from making Lefsa.

Michele's family tradition is to make lefsa during the holiday season. Lefsa is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread. It is made out of potato, milk, and flour. You cook it on a griddle and serve it with butter and sugar on top. I looks like a potato pancake and they are yummy!! We had a fantastic time making them together. They sure are addicting.
