So Matt has been excited to make Alexis' 2nd birthday Minnie Mouse cake. So we decided to do a test run tonight to see what we need to get it done. We asked Alexis if she wanted to bake a cake with us and she got a huge smile on her face and said "YEAH"! (Shh, we didn't tell her its for her birthday). She got her own mixer for Christmas so Matt put water in it tonight to show her how it works with something in the bowl. She had a blast helping us!
