Polar Express 2011

AMAZING!!!! That is how I describe our trip to the Polar Express. My friend Tanya and I have been talking about taking our kiddo's up to Durango to ride the Polar Express for months now. We bought our tickets in October so we have been counting down the days!! Well the time has come!! We left Saturday morning and headed towards Durango. The kids behaved so well in the car!! I think it was all the excitement. Once we got to Durango we checked into our hotel and found a yummy pizza place for lunch. After we ate we walked around downtown and of course we found a candy store!! We all found our favorite candy and enjoyed eating it outside on a bench. We then headed back to our hotel and took a walk along the river. Wow the water looked COLD!!! After our walk we got the kids into their pajama's for the Polar Express!! It was so nice having our hotel so close to the train station. Check out pictures below.
