Fun at Cliff's Amusement Park

We have been wanting to take Alexis to Cliff's for awhile, but we never knew when would be a good time because we didn't know if she would like it or not. Well we met our good friends the McKernan's at Cliff on Friday (if you go during the week its half off). Once we got there we headed to the Kiddie Land so the kids could start off with their size of rides. Our first stop was the merry-go-round of course because of the horses! The kids loved it!! We spent a about an hour and half in Kiddie Land and then took a break for some lunch. After lunch we took the kids on some bigger rides. Our first big ride was The Big Flush, you sit in a raft and go down a tunnel water slide. Alexis LOVED it and asked to go again. We then took them on the big roller coaster. I didn't think Alexis would want to go on it because of the 2 big drops it has well to my surprise she did it and actually sat in the front car. WOW!! Can't believe my little 3 year old is such a roller coaster fan! LOL After the roller coaster we went on the log ride, which again has a big drop and you get wet. Alexis thought it was fun floating in the water in a a log. We ended the day in kiddie land. The kids could have stayed until the park closed, but the parents were tired and ready to head home. We got there around 11:15 and didn't leave until 7. It was such a fun day!! We can't wait to go again! Thanks to my mom for watching Kaylee for half the day so we could have some special time with Alexis.

 Next stop: the swings. At first they didn't know what to think and by the end of the ride they were rocking there swings to go faster.

 Alexis in the balloon ride. Mommy and Daddy squeezed in the balloon with her. It was a tight fit, but we had fun high in the sky.

 This was the one ride Alexis didn't care for. It takes you up in the air and bounces you down like a frog hopping. She didn't like the bouncing part.

 "The Wanna Be Teacup" ride. That's what Matt called it. LOL These kids kept telling Matt to spin faster. They are brave!

 Grandma brought Kaylee to join us for part of the day.

 Once again they had to ride the helicopter and this time they figured out how to get the helicopter off the ground by pulling the lever. They were so excited to go higher. It was cute to see them figure it out on their own.
