Galloping Grace Pumpkin Patch

Galloping Grace Youth Ranch is a place where children can experience life on a ranch for FREE. I signed Alexis up for a session this past summer and she loved it! We spent the morning taking care of the animals and interacting with them. Well in the off season this wonderful organization has a pumpkin patch that is FREE for everyone. The only thing you have to buy are your pumpkins, but all the activities are free for the kids. It is truly amazing!!
We went two times already this month. The first time we went was with our friends Tanya & Zachary and Veronica, Topher and Gabe. Alexis had a blast playing with her buddies. The second time we went was this past weekend with Matt, Grandma and Papa. We always plan fun play dates with friends during the week and thought we should show Daddy all the fun we had.
Alexis did great peddling the tractor by herself. As you can see she doesn't have her shoes on because she ran over from the corn pit to ride the tractors and didn't have time to put her shoes back on.
Working hard at peddling the tractor around the hay bales.
Having a blast!
Alexis, Topher and his Momma check out the ponies. Alexis could have pet these guys all day if I let her.
It's hard to see to Alexis as the pumpkin, Zachary as the cowboy and Topher as the horse.
Mom's can have fun too right? Tanya, Me and Veronica on the bouncy horses.
Alexis, Topher and Zachary having a blast bouncing on the horses.
We can't forget Kaylee. She wanted to go for a ride too!
Alexis is such a great big sister! She always lets Kaylee join her for the fun.
Duck races. This was by far Alexis' favorite part. They have little rubber ducks you place in pipes that are cut in half and pump water down the pipe to move the ducks. Alexis was soaking wet by the time she was done. Such a cute idea!
Bowling time!
Bean bag throwing station.
You can't leave the pumpkin patch without taking pictures by the pumpkins!

Trip #2 to the Pumpkin Patch
Back to the duck races again. Can you tell Alexis thought this was pretty neat?

Daddy is the barn, Alexis is the horse and Kaylee is the cow.
More fun on the bouncy horses.
Papa, Grandma and Kaylee watching Alexis on the bouncy horses.
Mud pie making! This was such a cute spot we missed the first time we came. It's set up like a little kitchen area where the kids can make mud pies.
Alexis was making Mommy some corn soup. It was delicious!
The secret ingredient is rolling the corn in the mud before adding it to the soup.
Family photo time by the old farm truck.
Papa and Grandma with their granddaughters by the farm truck.
Alexis was on cloud 9 when she saw that the horses were there!
Daddy and his little girl talking to the horse.
Such a big girl!

Can you find the hidden pumpkin?

I think Kaylee could fit inside this pumpkin!
Photo time on the hay stacks.
I am blessed with such an amazing family!
Alexis really wanted to sit on the saddle and pretend she was riding a horse.
Kaylee joined in on the saddle riding fun!
